Do you offer Free Samples?

Yes, if you need any random samples to check the material and printing quality.

No, if you need the samples of your customized box, we do not offer free samples or material kits.

How can I create my design?

All you need send us your artwork and we would provide you a 3D digital Mockup of your box along with a template.

Do you charge extra, based on the number of colors and ink coverage?

No, all the products are printed in full color at no extra charge.

What kind of custom packaging do you offer?

Do you have a pick-p location?

Yes, we do have a pick-up location but usually we ship the orders to the doorstep. please email us at sales@umbrellapackaging.com for more details.

Do you charge for plates and dies? Are there any hidden costs?

No. There are no hidden fees of any kind. What you see is what you pay.

Do you check my artwork for technical issues like alignment & image?

Yes. We inspect all artworks ton make sure they are perfect for printing. If we find a problem, we either fix it, or get in touch with you for further instruction. We are not responsible for misspelling and wrong content

What materials do you offer for packaging?

We, at Umbrella Custom Packaging can do the orders in different materials like Cardboard, Corrugated, Kraft, Rigid, Blister packaging, Labels, Tags, Paper Bags, Stickers, Brochures, notepads and paper cups.

What coatings do you offer on packaging?

Umbrella Custom Packaging can manufacture the boxes as per desired requirements like Varnish, UV coating, Foiling, Gloss finish, matte finish, Aqueous and metallic printing, all under one Umbrella.

How can I reorder?

Simply, contact to the same email you contacted last time and place your reorder.

Our MOQ is 100 boxes, yes we can offer less number of boxes for ordering.

Do you print larger order quantities?

Yes, we have the capability to print the orders as per client’s requirements.

What is the lead time for orders?

Our standard lead time for the orders is 11-12 business days.

What if my artwork has gradients?

Gradients are handled with care so to get the desired results in printing. Firstly, there are a few initial quick sample sheets are printed to verify so to move towards the bulk run.
